Bamboo

Maintained and improved the React Native app of an Australian consumer fintech: features, bug fixes, dependency updates and regular releases.

During the app’s redesign, I worked with the team to rebuild it in a clean React Native project, migrating application logic and dependencies step by step. I owned navigation and application architecture. The rebuilt app launched after I left the project.

I led dependency migration work alongside feature delivery, taking on the React Native and MobX upgrades, scoping tasks for less experienced engineers and reviewing their changes.

I also developed its React/Gatsby website and React/GraphQL analytics dashboard, maintained release pipelines for both mobile platforms, interviewed candidates and mentored junior engineers.

Kavtsya

A multi-café coffee loyalty app.

I designed and built it solo, with Claude Code and Codex as coding agents, and review, test and document every change myself. Its loyalty balance is derived from an append-only ledger; QR tokens are single-use, and AI coffee fortunes are generated in a daily batch.
